1. The Service

AisleVision Bridal Studio ("AisleVision", "we", "us") provides AI-generated Couture Previews of bridal and formalwear gowns, an AI Bridal Concierge, and optional handoff to independent ateliers and dressmakers.

2. AI Preview Disclaimer

AI previews are visual concepts only. Final construction, fit, fabric behavior, pricing, timeline, and feasibility must be confirmed by a professional dressmaker or atelier. AisleVision does not manufacture garments and does not guarantee that any preview can be physically reproduced.

3. Designer & Dressmaker Disclaimer

Any dressmaker or atelier referenced through the Service is an independent third party. AisleVision is not a party to any contract you enter with them, does not control their pricing, quality, or timeline, and makes no warranty regarding their work.

4. Uploaded Photos

By uploading a photograph, you confirm you are the subject (or have the subject's permission) and grant AisleVision a limited, revocable license to process the image solely to generate your previews. Photos are stored privately and are not shown to other users. You may request deletion at any time at aislevisionbridal@gmail.com.

5. Packages & Add-Ons

Signature Preview ($29) includes 1 Couture Preview. Couture Collection ($79) includes 5 Couture Previews. Atelier Experience ($199) includes 30 Couture Previews plus premium perks. Add-on packs of 3 ($29) or 10 ($59) additional Couture Previews are available. All purchases are one-time. Couture Previews do not expire while your account remains active.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not upload images of third parties without consent; you may not use the Service to generate content of minors, deceased persons without family consent, or non-bridal/formalwear content; and you may not attempt to bypass usage limits or interfere with the Service.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to be abusing free previews via multiple accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AisleVision's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
