Terms of Service

Effective: August 20, 2026 · Version 2026-08-20

1. The Service

AisleVision Bridal Studio, LLC ("AisleVision", "we", "us") provides AI-generated bridal and formalwear visualizations, an AI stylist, Design Cards, optional handoff to independent ateliers and dressmakers, and AisleVision Professional — a subscription workspace for boutiques, alteration specialists and designers.

2. AI Visualization Disclaimer

AisleVision produces AI visualizations, not photographs and not manufacturing specifications. Renderings are artistic interpretations intended to help you explore and communicate a direction. Construction, fit, fabric behavior, color accuracy, pricing, timeline and feasibility must be confirmed by a professional dressmaker or atelier. We do not manufacture garments and do not guarantee that any visualization can be physically reproduced. See our AI Disclosure.

3. Designer & Dressmaker Disclaimer

Any dressmaker or atelier referenced through the Service is an independent third party. AisleVision is not a party to any contract you enter with them, does not control their pricing, quality or timeline, and makes no warranty regarding their work.

4. Accounts and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 to create an account. When you create an account, and again before purchasing an AisleVision Professional subscription, you affirmatively accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We keep a record of each acceptance, including the document version and the date.

5. Uploaded Photographs

By uploading a photograph, you confirm you are the subject, or that you have the subject's permission, and you grant AisleVision a limited, revocable license to process the image solely to produce your visualizations and to store them in your account. Photographs are stored privately and are not shown to other users. You may request deletion at any time at aislevisionbridal@gmail.com.

6. Consumer Packages

Consumer Couture Preview packages and add-ons are one-time purchases. Previews do not expire while your account remains active. Consumer purchases are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not upload images of third parties without consent; you may not use the Service to generate content of minors, of deceased persons without family consent, or non-bridal/formalwear content; you may not use outputs to imply that a specific designer, brand or boutique produced or endorsed a garment; and you may not attempt to bypass usage limits or interfere with the Service.

8. Ownership of Outputs

You retain rights in the photographs you upload. Subject to these Terms and to payment, you may use the visualizations you generate for your own planning, communication with your dressmaker, and — for Professional accounts — client service. AisleVision retains all rights in the Service itself.

9. AisleVision Professional — Subscription Terms

Sections 9 through 17 apply to AisleVision Professional accounts ("Studio", "you"). Where they conflict with earlier sections, these control.

9.1 Plans and pricing

  • Professional$199 per month, or $1,990 per year billed annually. Includes 30 active client projects at a time and 150 studio renderings per month.
  • Professional Plus$249 per month, or $2,490 per year billed annually. Includes 50 active client projects at a time and 220 studio renderings per month.
  • Enterprise$499 per month, or $4,990 per year billed annually. Includes 100 active client projects at a time and 450 studio renderings per month.
  • +5 Client Spaces $25 per month or $250 per year. Adds 5 active client spaces and zero studio renderings. One client-space add-on per Studio.

A Studio may hold one base plan at a time (Professional, Professional Plus or Enterprise). Changing plans modifies your existing subscription; it does not create a second one. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

10. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans — until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for; your Studio keeps full access until that date. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a term that has begun, except where required by law.

Annual plans are a 12-month commitment. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal; it does not end the current 12-month term or refund it.

11. Studio renderings

Your rendering allowance refreshes every month, on both monthly and annual plans. The monthly refresh date is a distinct concept from your billing renewal date, and both are shown in your Studio. Unused renderings do not roll over and have no cash value. There are no rendering packs; when an allowance is exhausted you may either wait for the next monthly refresh or move to a higher plan.

A rendering is counted when it is delivered to you. If a rendering fails due to our error, it is not counted against your allowance.

12. Active client capacity

Client limits are concurrent capacity, not new clients per month. Archiving a client frees its space immediately. Archived clients remain viewable — you and your team can still open the project and its renderings — but archived projects cannot generate new renderings until they are restored into an available active space.

13. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rated basis by our payment processor. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If a downgrade would leave you above the new plan's active-client limit, you must archive clients down to the new limit; existing projects are never deleted by a plan change.

14. Payment failure and grace period

If a payment fails, we retry through our payment processor and your Studio enters a three (3) day grace period. During the grace period your Studio is view-only: you and your clients can view existing projects, renderings and Design Cards, but no new renderings can be generated. If payment is not resolved within the grace period, the subscription lapses and the Studio remains view-only until billing is restored. Client work is preserved; it is not deleted for non-payment.

15. Studio responsibility for client material

A Studio uploading a client's photograph acts as the controller of that material and warrants that it has the client's informed permission to upload the photograph, to have AI visualizations generated from it, and to store the result in the Studio's account. The Studio is responsible for telling its clients that AisleVision is used, and for handling client requests for deletion. AisleVision processes that material only to deliver the Service and on the Studio's instruction. The Studio will indemnify AisleVision against claims arising from material it uploaded without permission.

16. Studio conduct toward clients

Studios must not present AI visualizations to a client as photographs of an existing garment, as a guarantee of what will be produced, or as the work of a designer or brand that did not make it.

17. Professional trial accounts

AisleVision Professional trials are provisioned individually by AisleVision and are not available by self-service sign-up. A trial's length, active-client capacity and rendering allowance are set for that specific Studio at the time it is provisioned; there is no standard trial length, capacity or allowance, and nothing in these Terms should be read as promising one.

No payment method is required for a trial, and a trial never converts automatically into a paid subscription. When a trial ends, the Studio can no longer generate new renderings, but existing client projects, renderings and Design Cards created during the trial remain viewable. Starting a paid subscription afterwards restores generation.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that appear to be abusing free allowances through multiple accounts, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time; closing an account does not refund a term already paid for.

19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AisleVision's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to AisleVision in the twelve months preceding the claim, and AisleVision is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including garment costs, alteration costs, or event losses.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected in a new version and effective date at the top of this page, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For Professional subscribers, material changes that reduce what you have paid for take effect at your next renewal.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
