What we collect

Account email and name (for sign-in and support).
Bridal photos and inspiration images you upload (stored privately).
Generated Couture Previews tied to your account.
Payment metadata from Stripe (we never store card numbers).
Concierge conversations (for safety review and abuse prevention).
Standard request logs.

How we use it

To generate, store, and display your previews.
To deliver purchased packages and entitlements.
To process payments through Stripe.
To respond to support requests and improve the Service.

Photo privacy

Uploaded bridal photos are stored in a private bucket scoped to your user ID. They are not publicly accessible and are never shown to other users. Generated previews are likewise private to your account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is required with infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud, Stripe, Lovable AI Gateway, and the try-on rendering provider) to deliver the Service.

Your rights

Email aislevisionbridal@gmail.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16.
