Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account email and name (for sign-in and support).
- Photographs and inspiration images you upload (stored privately).
- AI visualizations and Design Cards tied to your account.
- For professional studios: client project names, event dates and notes you enter.
- Payment and subscription metadata from Stripe (we never store card numbers).
- AI stylist conversations (for safety review and abuse prevention).
- Records of your acceptance of these policies (document, version, date).
- Standard request logs.
How we use it
- To generate, store and display your visualizations.
- To deliver purchased packages, subscriptions and entitlements.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To respond to support requests, prevent abuse and improve the Service.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photographs to train AI models.
Photograph privacy
Uploaded photographs are stored in private buckets scoped to the owning account. They are not publicly accessible and are never shown to other users. Images are delivered to your browser through short-lived signed links. AI visualizations are likewise private to the account that generated them.
Professional studios and their clients
When a professional studio uploads a client's photograph, the studio determines why and how that photograph is used and is responsible for obtaining the client's permission and for telling the client that AisleVision is used. AisleVision processes that material only to deliver the Service and on the studio's instruction, keeps it private to that studio's account, uses the subprocessors listed below, and deletes or returns it on the studio's request. These commitments are part of the Professional subscription terms. A client who wants their material removed should contact the studio; they may also contact us at aislevisionbridal@gmail.com and we will work with the studio.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share only what is required with the providers that operate the Service — hosting and database, payment processing, and AI rendering. The current list is on the Subprocessors page.
Retention
We keep account data, projects and visualizations while your account is active and for a short period afterwards so work can be restored. Records of policy acceptance and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Email aislevisionbridal@gmail.com to request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and accounts require you to be 18 or older.
Changes
Material changes are reflected in a new version and effective date at the top of this page.
