Refund Policy

Because Couture Previews consume real AI rendering capacity the moment they are generated, refunds are handled as follows:

Unused packages

If you have not consumed any Couture Preview from a paid package or add-on, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email aislevisionbridal@gmail.com from the address on your account.

Partially used packages

If you have consumed at least one Couture Preview, the package is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Failed previews

If a preview fails to generate due to our error, no Couture Preview is deducted from your balance. If you believe a Couture Preview was incorrectly deducted, contact us and we will investigate within 3 business days.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We resolve most refund requests within one business day.
